Key Deliverables

Performance Measures

Main Tasks

1.       Handling Incidents/SRs within the timeframe and meets customer satisfaction.

• Achievement of deliverables.

• Customer feedback

• Ensure availability of resources, meeting of timelines.

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities within Operations team

2.       Ensure Compliance of ITIL processes to PMO, Risk, Audit and architecture guidelines

• Adherence to compliance

• Documentation of IT processes as required by PMO standards.

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, in accordance with defined quality management practices, to achieve common objectives.

• Ensure maintaining Data confidentiality.

3.       IT Roadmap and Process Improvement

• On going maintenance for assigned applications

• Ensuring application stability

• Tracking process improvements in co-ordination with Infra and Domain teams.

4.       Provide BAU environment and Vendor co-ordination

• Customer satisfaction measured through surveys.

• Critical Incidents per application

• Availability metrics for applications

• SLA measures.

• Participate in initiatives to optimize applications and related software.

• Manage assigned audit points.

• Ensure support resources are available with sufficient knowledge to deliver specialist support for assigned applications.

• IT Vendor co-ordination for assigned applications.

• Manage outsourced vendors to ensure availability of resources, meeting of timelines are in accordance of Remedy Timelines.

 

 

Job Knowledge

Experience in Application production support within the ITIL Framework.

Hands on experience in proactive monitoring, troubleshooting application related problems on production, Incident Analysis & resolution, and RCA related to Application.

Hands on experience in ensuring the resolution for Production issues is accurate and within SLA.

Very good knowledge in Trading & Wealth Management domain

Experience in supporting Trading applications, including portfolio accounting systems, and trading systems

Knowledge in Advent APX and Moxy, Tradex is an added advantage.

Hands-on experiences with MS SQL, (developing stored procedures/SSIS/SSRS/ and functions).
