• Drive growth, customer retention and portfolio profitability for the UAE & Boqki Kitchen Hygiene & Adjacent business portfolios business and responsible for Marketing actions like New Product Development, strategic planning, product rationalization and cost saving activities.
• Build and develop customer value propositions and create the sales support materials for New launches. Launch and drive the Innovations for UAE & Boqki with a 44% growth with a value of 5 Million USD.
• Lead the Sales application support along with the Application Expert and Sales Leaders and achieve Customer satisfaction. Drive the sales and Innovations for KH portfolio & NBIs portfolios and achieve sales of 12.5 Million which would be a 9% growth over 2019 vs PY. All actual numbers will be noted in your Performance Management Sheet for 2019 and forward.
• Standardize the Kitchen & NBIs portfolios for UAE& Boqki along with the R&D / Sales / Regional Portfolio and achieve portfolio consolidation.
• Create the Marketing Calendar for UAE and drive the same with the Sales team to build the brand equity within budget. This would include single-stop-shop coordination for trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events for UAE and lead the organization's presence in various expos. Involvement from planning to final execution and wrap-up
• Lead/ Support Media and social media presence working together with other functions.
• Plan, coordinate and execute a sound communication plan including media and social media and industry partnerships.
• Lead the Application Expert and Sales training program for KH portfolio with at least 2 training programs for UAE team in 2019.
• Lead the Market Analysis for Diversey business and work out the Market Potential, Market Shares for Diversey and develop strategies along with Sales to improve the ShareJob Details
