The Head of Digital is a strategic role to develop, implement and support innovative digital solutions and services to the customers.
The Head of Digital Solutions reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for leading the Digital team and along with focusing on Open banking standards, CICD and DevSecOps framework with other IT stakeholders.
Ensure effective 24x7 availability of digital solutions to our customers Rollout the new mobile banking solution (IOS and Android) to all AB plc countries and in parallel, mature the support model and continue enhancement of new self-service featuresAim for API first solution designSupport existing Consumer Banking internet banking platform till retirement expected in 2020Deliver an omni-digital customer experience across all digital touch pointsBuild new Internet Banking replacement for Consumer Banking based on Open API architectureDevelop new Online Application capabilities for customer onboarding, product application and location-based offeringManage and optimize Customer identity and access managementOptimize security and fraud detection processes across all digital channelsDeliver an omni-digital customer experience across all digital touch pointsConceptualize and work with business product managers, architects and other technology teams to identify API / Open banking assets' technical, functional and process improvement needs and prioritize the same
