SAP Technical Support will be in charge of the expert level hotline support for technical issues on SAP Success Factor and coordination with IT Vendor for resolution.
Technical Support role is to analyze and try to resolve all SAP Success factor technical related issues and escalate it to SAP or system administrator in MAF holding.
The role holder will be part of any new implementation & support the rollout plan.
Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Technical Support role is providing the first technical support level & advise the best technical solution
The technical support should be fully aware of SAP Success factor modules in order to advise the best technical solutions
Processes and Procedures
Develop the architecture and implement processes of a high-performance, stable and high-scale e-commerce backend
Develop processes and ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring business requirements, industry developments and trends
Establish a link between development processes and Product Owners at an operational level
Maintain the Minimum SLA for all SAP related tickets
Communicate SAP or the implementation company to make sure that the end users related tickets are resolved on timely manner
Make sure that the data flows between HC Systems are done on time
Monitor the data integration jobs with SAP Success factors
Support end users (HC & Finance) during the UAT phase & validate the outputs
Maintain a technical high knowledge with the latest technologies & SAP development plan
Make sure that SAP quarter batch implementation is not affecting the operations
